★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended for building confidence and connection with your significant other. I did the online course during lockdowns and the in-person beginner's course prior. Every time I go to a lesson with Kes, I feel lighter and happier. Kes is a fantastic dance teacher! not only can I confidently dance socially with my partner. I also feel more connected to my body. I am looking forward to my next lesson with her.
