β β β β β Had a caravan window repaired, was told that will never give you trouble again...
Approximately 9 months later a few days before Christmas the window they repaired separated from the inner section...while I was traveling! Took them over 3 months of lying and sidestepping their responsibility under the consumer guarantees act before they finally told me not our problem and to and they weren't prepared to do anything.
