★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visited this place through a promotion on Facebook. It was the best decision I have made. Dr Miqdad is very friendly and great to get along with. Doesn't make any visits awkward! He knows how to make conversation with clients. Remembers everyone by name also. After a few visits, I have not felt the pain I felt pre-visit to this clinic. Highly recommend! Great location too. Easy to find and also heaps of parking spaces! Oh and his hand sanitizer smells great! ?

He uses sound knowledge and experience which is hard to come by in such a convenient location within south east Auckland. Would recommend him to anyone who wants to get help with long standing back or neck issues, particularly those in office jobs. Thanks Miqdad!

I was immediately treated with professional care and a friendly atmosphere which made me feel at ease and taken care of. My issues surrounding movement of my shoulders and back alignment improved drastically in the few weeks I was under Miqdad’s care. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going to Key Chiro when I was about 12 weeks pregnant and kept going right up until the birth of my baby. Miqdad helped keep my body aligned with my ever changing pregnancy body, as every week there would be new aches and pains that he’d adjust accordingly & he has a special comfy pregnancy pillow for the big bellies! I absolutely loved and still do love attending my Chrio sessions every week as it was and is my relaxing time ! When my baby was born I took her to see him for her 1st Chiro session and he was was so gentle with her and she loves it too ! We wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with our 3 week old baby girl ! Now my husband, myself and my baby girl all go to Chrio ! We absolutely love Key Chiro and the welcoming smile and conversation with Miqdad - it almost feels like a home away from home for a good alignment ! 5 out of 5 stars !! Highly recommend!

I gave birth 3 weeks ago and have been seeing him since 1 week postpartum, he has been helping me with back pains from the pregnancy and my sciatica pains. I have not been limping since I have started going here. He takes the time to thoroughly explain things and genuinely cares for his clients. Thx Miqdad
