β β β β β Not responsive, Lyn who works there should get trained in email etiquette and responding within reasonable timeframes. They only want to respond to enquiries when they feel like it then will put your enquiry on the back burner. Zero star rating.?

β β β β β Terrible experience with dealing with lawyer Frankie in this firm. Their is a serious lack of professionalism around communicating any legal fee changes. I was quoted a price and then confirmed this price face to face with the lawyer when signing off papers only to be surprised with a significantly higher fee at the end of the sale of property process. There is a serious lack of professionalism and communication from the lawyer and when I emailed with my concerns around lack of communication I didnt even get a reply. I certainly am very disappointed and will not be using Murdoch price in future.

β β β β β Winnie Wong from here is the lawyer for our family. I am the one working with her directly for almost 3 years.
People usually say "they get pay to work", however, to find someone who always calm, think for their clients, and so passionate about their job. That is something money cannot buy!!
This lady has replied me after work hours, offered to see us on Saturday (her day off while she was with her daughter) because we cannot see her on work days.
It is a blessing to have met and work with someone as passionate as her. The fees are pretty reasonable and even considered cheap compare to other places (don't want to say that too loud ?.)
I told my Facebook friends about her and appearantly they dealt with her before too and think the same. ?

β β β β β We have dealt with Richard Brown for a number of years and feel lucky to have him as our lawyer. He is so patient, kind, thorough and goes the extra mile to be helpful. You usually need a lawyer for high stress situations, a lawyer that is calm, knowledgable, detail focused, personable and honest just makes life so much easier. He also takes it in his stride when your child offers him a boogie as a gift. Thank you Richard for all the hard work you do for us, you are simply awesome.
