★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed and regretful for purchasing a property through Key to
Australia. We were mislead as to the expected rental income and the property we bought two years ago is now worth $45,000 less than what we paid for it. The rent doesn’t cover the mortgage and it’s costing us around $17,000 per year. You can no longer claim these losses in New Zealand with your tax return. The area we were advised buy in by Key to Australia is flooded with new builds and new development.This equals no capital growth.
Just don’t do it!!!
