β β β β β 100% dodgy and poor workmanship . Be very wary !!!! Strongly advise against this company we were warned and sadly to late for us .
I see you have replied to my review , I was in a different google account when the review was sent but I stand by my comment 100% , you installed our artificial turf . Aggressive sale tactics poor workmanship demanded we pay in full the next day (before fixing our areas of concern) or you would come and rip it up.! Not how business is done was a major stress on our family at the time .

β β β β β Very aggressive sales tactics. Got me to lock in "special pricing" by paying a deposit before we'd made our minds up about which product/what amount we might be interested in purchasing. Then, I strongly believe they broke the Fair Trading Act multiple times by adding new payment deadlines out of the blue for the "balance" even before we had made our minds up, and adding new costs e.g. storage costs, that had not been disclosed at the time the original deposit was demanded. Refusing to give me back my money so I am forced to go down the path of lodging a complaint with the Commerce Commission for breach of the Fair Trading Act and also filing a dispute with the Disputes Tribunal. DO NOT USE SPORTS WORX!

β β β β β Lots of promises, lots of pictures of work they claimed they had done, lots of lies against their competitors. Their sales job is a con job. Three inexperienced installers unsupervised for most of the installation. After 2 hours it became clear they were amateurs trying to nickel and dime the install by not trimming properly and using too many joins... joins were clearly visible.

β β β β β We had Brett and the team around to look at our worn and well used tennis courts in Epsom. He delivered very sound advice and presented us with a very thorough explanation for the treatment / options we have available for our club. He is without doubt the go to man for all your turfing needs in and around Auckland. All kinds of experience with different materials/ surfaces / elevation and geography ! Wheteher its a spruce up or major overhaul we recommend the team at Sportsworx very highly !

β β β β β Rushed us into paying a deposit to get the job booked in before xmas then had all the excuses in the world for the delays to push it out, even asked us to do our own edging and source the materials. Quoted for a basketball turf and did not prepare the site - at all. Gap poured straight over a mixture of grass, bark and old garden. What a shocker. The result, a lumpy turf full of craters and the ball didnt bounce and never would have. Quote changed to "multisport turf' as soon as job done.....hmm
They agreed to rectify only when i refused to pay balance of invoice, which i was grateful for, but had to outsource the job to an earthworks company to get it done right. Happy with the result now, but thanks only to another company getting involved. No lines though, also mysteriously removed from final invoice... Please do not use Brett and his team, they talk a good game but the journey will cause heartache and stress and leave you out of pocket.
