We got a car key cut in May 2021.. they charged us a whopping 80 dollars. in less then 2 months the key holder broke.so we took this back today and the shop claims this was a willful damage by us. Not ready to listen and spins it around on us.

The other reason they are good as well is because they use afterpay as well.
I would recommend them to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to copy the remote control a couple of months ago here. It didnt work until I went back 4 times to fix it. They promised if it was not working, they would come to my house to have a look and fix it,which has a good impression on me. And they offered 10% discount for the next order for all customers. That was why I was willing to come here.
Last week, I brought the remote control to make another copy for my flatmate. They tried to charge $60 more for the same remote this time.
And the same situation happened maybe because the employee didnt know how to copy the remote control. I went twice to fix it on the same day. The employee asked me to call the boss if it was still not usable.
Unluckily, I had to call and comunicated with the boss. He took it for granted and sounded like nothing was their mistake, not even at least free sorry for making customers come back again and again in the hot weather with the baby.
Instead, he just yelled at me by saying "you have a baby, I have a baby, everyone has babies. If you think we are not professional, why do you come back to us?"
All in all, the attitude of the employee was ok while the boss was rude and impolite. They tried to overcharge $60 more for the product. And if you are unlucky, it may take you 3-4 times to copy the remote control here.
