★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the walk in vaccines, the signs outside are quite misleading. You require a booking in advance, otherwise the online website and healthpoint listings show incorrect information. I was turned away, please be kindly advised before planning a trip here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrocious customer service. Went in today with my partner to get COVID tests as we need it for travel. The woman that helped us told us to wait outside for 5 mins and somebody would come get us. She asked whether we had any symptoms and we made it very clear to her we don't, we only need a test due to travel. After 20 mins of waiting I went back inside and talked to another woman. She said it's ok to wait inside and very shortly took us through to a private room where another staff member did our tests. He told us we had to wait 20mins for the results so we decided to have a browse in the store as we wait. Woman #1 then spotted us and asked if we had done our tests. I replied yes, we're having a browse as we wait for our results. She took issue with this and said it's best we wait outside. She asked us again whether we had any symptoms and I repeated that we don't. Maybe worth mentioning the first time we spoke to her she asked us whether we're vaccinated and after telling her we're not her face filled with shock and horror. This lady was clearly discriminting against us and we had every right stay inside so we did and she shortly disappeared. Didn't get her name but she's an older, white lady. Being treated like criminals because we're not vaccinated is disgusting and not ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service and handling of the covid vaccine. Went in today for my husband to get his covd 19 booster and was told to come back tomorrow. Didn't even make it in the door. His details were taken and a appt made however no appt was booked and no reference given. Just a handwritten note on paper taken by the for at the front door. Checked online straight after at book my vaccine and several ( 20 plus) appts available for today. Brother in law called was told no.problem walk ins all day available and went straight through as a walk in an hour after I was turned away. So upsetting. Lost time off work and felt mistreated and discriminated against. Booked with EastCare in Botany an hour later sorted without issue. Life pharmacy Botany really let us down today. Won't be going back. Manukau Life Pharmacy is phenomenal by comparison. Still upset by it all such a let down to be treated that way by Botany Life Pharmacy Staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place also operates as Health Works Group selling RAT test, very poor outfit, no customer service in replying to inquiries, very very slow delivery, still waiting for my order to be delivered (23 days ago). Avoid if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long time customer, won't be going back...totally disappointed with rude staff member and queuing across the door entrance in line for the post shop. There was a Women in store with no mask on getting way to close to other customers faces and talking none stop. Staff did not intervene and request she put a mask on.
No social distancing, the whole experience was terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today as I had not sleep within the last 24 hours due to my teenage son having trouble sleeping. He suffers from anxiety and had not slept for two days straight. Since I could not get a doctor’s appointment in time, I wanted to find out what they could offer me in terms of aid for sleeping. Two ladies were helpful but an elderly lady that also works here, rudely interrupted us and asked the two ladies that were helping me, if they were ok, as if I was harassing them. I was emotional due to lack of sleep and we were just talking about the option at hand. It was the way she asked them and the looks she gave me as if I was trying to score some drugs! I got a very uneasy feeling as she kept listening in on our conversation. I did not need a third person being just a nosy old woman. I had clearly two people helping me already, she did not need to insert herself like that and so rudely! Won’t be coming here again. Very judgemental and by the comments and reviews I can gather that this lady is the cause for a lot of grief to customers. Maybe she needs to let go. I will not as a middle age woman in her lunch break be treated like a criminal. I might lay a formal complaint as well. No need to be treated like this !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Waited for an hour after registering for his vaccine with my 8 year old to get pushed to the back of the que as they were not ready with the covid vaccines. Staff did not find it important to relay the fact that they did not have any vaccines ready. Flu vaccinations moved to front of the line. Them staff decide to tell us they don't have the pediatric vaccine. Awful awful staff and customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makeup counters, was very impressed with Betty who took the time to colour match for mum and I and explain through tips of application to mum when she asked. We both needed to check our tones for foundations, it having been years since that was last done, and were both happy with the tones Betty helped choose. Really appreciated her help on a busy queens birthday weekend. Betty was also able to assist clients in both English and Chinese Mandarin. We'll be back for sure.
