★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minus 1 star, staff mucked up order at drive through at 12.45 pm sun 12 june, would not correct order at window, we left with not even a utensil to eat our food, only fingers to eat potatoe and gravy no chips no serviettes nothing, We will never go here again, don,t go they do not care about customers, Absolutley the worst experience ever, disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was dirty not one clean table but nobody else in there staff looked grubby no trays were given out to me or others that came in no masks or gloves on staff the chicken was a grey / black colour with coating falling off the chips cold and hard the potato tasted like way too much flakes yuck the bun cold and both drinks flat and stale really really bad that has to be the most awful kfc I have ever had never Never again Greymouth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What the heck KFC greymouth orange level and you are still closed to the public! So answer me this why does it take so long to clear out cars when you have stuff solo for drive through?
The time to move one car is crazy! 20 minutes! Oh but they have a big order? If that's the case make them park up so you can service customers who only want a piece of chicken and chips!
Worst KFC in the country! hire a better manager or sell up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just been to kfc Greymouth restaurant closed drive through didn't have coleslaw so couldn't do my pack. All they could do was give me to replace coleslaw was another chips or potatoe and gravey. They should have put it on line that certain packs were unavailable as I checked online first. I think they should close for good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some people don’t come to kfc everyday so don’t always know what’s on the menu. Myself and 3 others (myself first) were coming to have a nice treat, but after the way the staff talk the other 3 decided to skip this kfc and we will never use this location again. You need to train staff to LISTEN to what customers order instead of assuming they are always right, which is not the case. I have never been to a store with such poor customer service. The crew have zero manners, no “hello” no “your welcome” just “yes” Wouldn’t recommend, no gloves, one girl not even wearing her mask probably, plus she had the audacity to roll her eyes after hiding around the corner. The crew would rather hide behind the corner than come and deal with their mess up. Would rather fight and argue instead of fixing one mistake. They don’t listen to what you order then try and make YOU repay? The manager was nice about it and changed the meal to what I ask had for! But once I got the meal it would cold and uneatable. Plus I took one bit into the chicken and it didn’t even taste cooked!!! This was not a good first impression of fast food for me since moving to the coast. Will never spead my money here again. Worst KFC in New Zealand?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with our meal, but difficult to purchase unless by car thru the drive-thru, which is impossible in a motorhome. Apparently short-staffed due to Covid causing staff shortages. Very busy, so obviously popular with locals and the travelling public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No chicken available? Chips were on the cold side looked and tasted like they had been sitting around a while. Family member had some nibble like things and they were hard and dry as tangy sauce in burger tasted more like hot n spicy takeaway with no spoons or hand wipes given didnt even supply a drink holder until asked too very disappointed
