★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would review the food but it never showed up. Ordered and paid online for delivery but after waiting an hour after the expected delivery time I tried to call. No answer. Will be going in store tomorrow for my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rare for me to eat KFC. The chicken greasy the coleslaw was tasteless. Personally I don't like the potato and gravy. Service for the drive through was slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was getting an order for someone else, as past experiences have really put me off Napier KFC. Much to my surprise there was not a rediculously long wait. I was told the all the order was hot and not firm old chicken. Maybe I will try again sometime. 4 stars for this order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busiest I have ever seen a KFC, Jayde working at the service counter did an outstanding job, three difficult customers in front of me, she was polite professional and when I finally got my order in it took no more than 5min to get my food. good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly KFC Napier your chicken let the team down on my recent visit hence the 1 star. You are better than what you served up. I have had better and worse. Be consistent is the only advice I can offer. You have lost me for another 6 months. Sad

And I don't even want to talk about chicken ?
Never going back...

Otherwise only very rarely visit here, even then.
Sprite-can was served by staff directly from the fridge of drinks.
Extremely very highly potent, special Ingredient. WHO?why?
Otherwise scores zero stars, even negative star, rating.
Overall Branch, Staff had intention to be polite and only did as they were asked to.
