★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 4th of December Saturday afternoon I ordered some things from the Napier BurgerKing and then they had some kind of mechanical problem and said all my stuff couldn’t be made so she said I’ll swap them out with these other burgers and should be around the same price or more; I thought okay hmm surely it’ll be fine but when I received it and checked it was only two little burgers and one drink, man was I annoyed, that was not more or even add up to what I paid! $34.50 for this na had to drive around and park up to get it changed but all I got told was sorry no public only Uber. How could I even talk to them, tried to say there was this problem but no one helped or came over to the door. Waited for 5 minutes but I just left. Worst service I’ve had with BurgerKing.
Sent this to Customer care and in return was “Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback”
Will give two stars as it’s hit or miss sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly refurbished and doesn't look as good as before. Placed order and they served up wrong food in parts. They did fix it though without a bother. Restaurant quiet when we went in and not very clean. Tables needed wiping down and food on floor. Luckily there was variety of tables to choose from. Not one of the better burger kings I have been to :-(

I'm convinced the patties are floating in warm water like hotdogs.pretty sure the lettuce is in the same pot.
Meat was disgusting. One bite and straight in the bin.
No wonder McDonald's has a line around the block and not one car in yours.
Went from happy tears ? to sad ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was cold, seats were greasy as we're the floors. This was after a terrible meal though drive though recently and getting our food replaced.
Just don't bother eating here if you want anything decently made.
The staff are friendly and efficient there just doesn't seem to be any management taking control of what comes out of the kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst burger I’ve ever eaten. 2 bites and couldn’t eat any more. Tasted like it had been contaminated with cleaning product. Family member also said same about his burger. Ordered a meal and they didn’t give me my drink which I can live with but the food is drastically bad. Won’t go here again.
