★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted KFC tonight but mum went to Takapuna KFC and the 3 orders were dry and overcooked as though they had been cooked twice. VERY disappointed since I always held them in high regard. Apparently they didn't give a receipt otherwise I would've gone through the proper channel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no urgency every time I visit in store. Service is very slow and the staff seem to not be bothered about timings at all. Also overtime it seems like the chicken is lowing it’s flavour. Lastnight a dinner was so different to previous nights. The chicken was actually plain and it also comparable to normal fried chicken which is so odd. This is deffs one of the worst KFCS in the country
