★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little disappointed with the service provided to us today.
The embroidery font came out different to what was shown to us on the computer.
We were told it came out different due to the surface the words were embroidered on to. This is understandable, however with the experience this place has we would expect to be told that a better font would be more suitable before we pay and the work was done. We were clearly unhappy with the embroidery, and were not given any option to resolve our disappointment. The items were a gift and now we are reluctant to gift them.

They respond quickly to emails (ordered from Auckland) and are very accommodating to your needs/changes in design. Highly recommend using them. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can highly recommend Kiaz! We urgently needed 11 T shirts screen-printed with several logos at 24-hours' notice. I rang the Wellington store at nearly 5pm and Kiaz turned the order around for us to pick up the next day. They weren't just fast and efficient, they were really friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Kiaz in Wellington was nothing short of brilliant. I ordered 2 kids T shirts and they organised the designs exactly as I requested for a reasonable price. They were completed promptly and my email communication with Kitty was responded to quickly. I can't recommend this business highly enough.

The product range they offer is more than sufficient for any start up, existing brand. The kindness and clarity of the team is also a reason why I continue to come back and work with them.
