Kilbirnie motors have saved me on many occasions, from breakdowns to towing as well as making sure my vehicle is safe.
Kilbirnie motors have provided a service that far exceeds any expectation I had for my vehicle. They have worked around my children and accomodated and met our needs. They under promise and over deliver. They are a humble, family based business that has taken Kilbirnie by storm.

Had travelled to Wellington for a family Xmas when on Christmas Eve morning (24th December) discovered a major coolant leak that wouldn’t allowed us to get back to the Waikato on 27th Dec.
Rang around but everyone closed or not interested in helping us.
That’s when we discovered Kilbirnie Motors who were willing to have a look. Dropped car off early morning as they are opened only till lunchtime due to Christmas eve - even though busy they managed to fit us in and even worked on the car till 1:30pm (after closing) to get us back on the road.
Car didn’t miss a beat getting back to the Waikato – super friendly team, know what they’re doing and very reasonably priced.
Would highly recommend….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After such a horrific experience for my first time in Wellington, I can not thank Joey Harold and the team for everything they did to go above and beyond for me enough. Being stranded in Wellington with no way out of my situation these guys went the extra mile to make sure I was looked after during the two days I spent there. I am still absolutely blown away at the experience I had and to just think of how lucky I was for them to even fit my car in being fully booked out, they went out of their way to tow my vehicle and work after hours to ensure it was fit for me to travel in. Thank you thank you thank you kilbirnie motors. Real life earth angels!

Also, I found them honest and not taking advantage of customer like me who doesn't know much about cars. They inform first the customer about the faulty things before doing anything and no feelings of being intimated. Highly recommended auto shop. ???

I don’t know anything about cars so it is quite intimidating going to a mechanic as I don’t understand what they are talking about at all. They explained to me everything in detail and would talk with me until I was satisfied. They pretty much taught me everything and shared industry secrets ! haha!
