I do think one of the staff members need customer service training, though. I heard her in the background of a phone call talking about my order, the lady I was actually talking to was lovely. But the background ladies attitude needs improving.

β β β β β I've been using Kings Seeds for 4 years. Always high rates of germination for both flowers and veggies. Easy to contact and make changes to order's that haven't shipped yet, and always snappy delivery (I'm in Auckland and get my seeds within 2 days of placing an order). They have a great range of fun and interesting seeds that you won't find in nurseries.

Great quality seeds as well, I always have about a 98% strike rate with them.
I'll keep coming back

β β β β β My second time buying seeds from Kings Seeds. The first time I decided to test the waters with them, so I only ordered 3 seed packets. The germination rate and seedling health is excellent, comparing to seed packs I buy from Mitre 10 or The Warehouse.
This round I decided to order more! Canβt wait until they sprout.
Their catalogue is AMAZING. It has all the information I need about how to sprout each variety of seed, akin to a seed reference book.
I also didnβt except the seed trays to be this big and of great quality, given how reasonable they are priced. Thank you team!
