★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered and paid for a gate on 8th May, wasn't in stock so I was told they would order it from their supplier on the following Monday (11th) and it would be delivered either the 15th or 22nd, I call to chase on the 25th as I had heard nothing. They didn't have a clue where it is, they said they'd follow up and call me back. But I didn't hear anything, so I call again on 27th, only to be told that the order wasn't placed with the supplier until 25th and they can't be sure if will be delivered on next shipment. Complete lack of communication along with slow service. Will not be using them again.

Must hv mistaken me for this wks bonus customer.
Not the lst time exp.pricing issues with this store.

Another staff member Amy Jean was helping a customer also and helping with the loading, with a very pleasant manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have great stuff for all different kinds of animals but close to early and are almost never open, I and others I know always struggle to make it in time from finishing work ourselves! Usually end up next door just to get what we need to get through, spending the same amount if not more just to get not even half the amount you can get at farmlands
