★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I couldn't move my Kitchen Studio kitchen I had done 5 years ago in Wellington to Oamaru. I was so happy with my Wellington one I did it all again using Kitchen Studio Dunedin. Again I am extremely happy and totally recommend them.

A difficult space to work in but the creative layout has really maximised storage in an under-used part of our house. Helps that it looks great too! Very pleased with the result. Thanks again, J&P.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 50% deposit over a year ago to install two kitchens . Then covid19 hit prior to installation of the first kitchen but we were assured everything was set to go after lockdown .
The first kitchen was installed but the installer drilled holes in the wall for pipes in wrong place and the bench was completely wrong to what we had ordered plus the join in the bench top was very poorly joined .
The second kitchen was delayed by two weeks due to our builders not been ready so out of good faith agreed to pay part of the balance owing but were assured everything was set to go once were given ok to proceed.
Once instalation started the remaining ballance was paid but as we had lost confidence held back an amount owning untill both kitchens completed .
Installation of the second kitchen having been assured everything was set to go with no hold ups took over three months to complete instalation.
There were many issues involved due to poor quality from miss measurements etc .
Finally after three months when we had moved back into the house the installer came to complete the instalation as we were out and had left a key he had the ordasity to wonder through our house looking for our vacuum to clean up the mess he had made .
Kitchen studio like most businesses require payment prior to installation which is acceptable but what is not acceptable is that once they have your money they call the shots and there customer service we found totally unacceptable.
We would NEVER recommend kitchen Studio or use there services again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ thank you to Dave, Alyse and all of the installers for our lovely new kitchen. We love it so much. The whole team was extremely helpful from the first time I popped in and spoke to them until the end of the installation. Dave was super helpful and kept up great communication regarding any small delays resulting from covid. The quality of the bench top (and all of the kitchen components) is excellent. I would recommend Kitchen Studio to anyone renovating their kitchen.
