★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a quote, Spencer came around and I gave him a plan 2 wks ago. Rang today 23/3/16) for an update and was told that he couldn't work in with my time frame and was far too busy to even draw up a kitchen design for me to view so I should go elsewhere. Not good enough.

Nearly all their installations are completed on the same day.
