★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kitchen Studio in Petone were great. Louise our design consultant took the time to understand what we needed in quite a unique space and created a good looking and functional kitchen. We had minimal issues with the installation, and the minor things which did pop up were fixed shortly after the final inspection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Kitchen Studio, Seaview/Wellington, to design and install our kitchen/laundry. Wai, our designer, was a dream to work with. She was professional, enthusiastic and very client-focused. She had a great vision for us and made spot-on suggestions while at the same time, accommodating all our ideas. We were also very happy with the installation, which was in two stages. Both times, the installers (Mike, William and Thomas) worked like trojans and found creative solutions to unexpected workarounds. The quality of the joinery is outstanding and we were particularly impressed with their attention to detail. We wouldn't change a thing.

We kind of knew what we wanted but they put it all together and designed a really practical and sleek kitchen. They recommended excellent tradesmen for building, tiling, plumbing and electrical work. Everything came together very smoothly and within the time frame. Would highly recommend KS Petone! Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kitchen Studio (KS) Petone built and installed an awesome Kitchen for us! The Project was a 100% success. Louise (Design), Darren (Installation coordination), William, assisted by Joseph (Install) - Thank You.
We chose KS when we were novice to all that is involved in replacing a new kitchen and needed guidance. They were ready to provide a wraparound service of design, install, tradesmen and timelines.
Louise our designer worked patiently with us, through many possible floorplan ideas before finding the perfect solution. She listened to what we were wanting and gave us a range of design ideas and products. The KS showroom in Petone also was very useful for us to view available products.
Covid lockdown delayed installation but the KS team under Darren seamlessly coordinated the timeline to suit the different trades and appliances deliveries so that the final kitchen installation had only negligible delays. This was especially so when our appliances delivery was delayed due to Covid 19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Chris Talbot for the fantastic design and beautiful kitchen. Price was a bit higher than if we shopped around but the materials, units and benchtop is premium quality and we know will last. One good thing is the organised co-ordination between the trades and thanks to Michael (Kelly Plumbing and Gas), Tim (McKeekin Electrical), Darren (Operations Manager KS), Bramco for benchtop and Chris our Installer. Think we may have been lucky as we ordered in March and install was supposed to be June but ended up being July/August completion with a few delays and waiting on missing bits toward the end. Now we get to enjoy it for many years to come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling, we are still waiting a year on for completion of our kitchen. Many many errors and poor workmanship which KS are refusing to fix despite months and months of pleading for KS to fulfil their obligations. Only a couple of them illustrated below. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgraceful service. We are still going one year later with an incomplete kitchen. Flapping kick boards, crooked cupboards and drawers and no pantry doors (despite apparently being ordered in December 2020, over 11 months ago). It seems no-one wants to take responsibility, when most of it could have been sorted quickly and timely. Very stressful and completely unfair. Would definitely not recommend.
