★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling customer service. After Kitchen Theme LTD installed kitchen cabinetry in my home, part of it broke needing repair. I contacted the office multiple times and and never received a response. I eventually complained and was told a service technician would come and repair the cabinetry on the weekend. I stayed home all day and no one showed up. I complained again, and was told someone tried to call me. I’ve checked my phone records and this didn’t occur. The company has not responded to me since. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I still have a broken cabinet because Kitchen Theme LTD won’t respond to me.
