★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several times I have booked Kiwi Cabs, they are late. I am disabled and ask the operator if there's a long wait so I don't have to stand for long. Today I was told they had plenty and it would be straight away. I waited 35 minutes and still waiting. I am late for work, plus more expensive fare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful taxi service, rang a taxi for an old man who was out in the rain waiting for about 2 hours before the taxi came. Every call they said it was close by and won't be long. Rude and unhelpful call staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just managed to fly back from south island. Bus times restricted due to covid. Waited only for 15 min at agreed pick up place. Driver was wearing face mask needless to say trip was fast due minimal traffic on the road. Very pleasant young man

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a cab to pick me up at 7am the following day and used Kiwi Cabs' telephone booking which was fully automatic and easy. At 6.55am the following morning I received a text to say the cab was there. And as I stepped out of my house cab was waiting and took me to my destination using the best route. Perfect service.

These people should not be able to secure an ACC contract for patient transportation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to let staff know to call driver an let him her know I’ll be an extra ten minutes. The person on the phone said that’s not possible and can I not go down the road and let the driver know myself go back to the store I was at and then pick up my drink and walk back out to the taxi which was a ten minute walk away do you think I would’ve bothered calling if it was that easy. Then proceeded to call me a second taxi and said it would be there ‘soon’ who knows how long that is!
