★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My taxi was booked for 11:30 am and nobody turned up. I called the number given on website, the person on the other side, not helpful at all infact rude. I was put to wait for almost 45 minutes after which I was told that they tried to call me but couldn't reach the phone. Which really doesn't make up for the fact that nobody turned up to complete the ride on time.
My call was taken after the time when my ride would have ended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly ridiculous on a Sunday,waited for half an hour on Sunday after booking a taxi through the automatic booking system.Rang up and spoke to a lovely young lady who told us tht it failed.She proceeded to book us a taxi herself.Half an hour later no taxi Rang bck asked for an ETA on our taxi.Nothing.Apparently your bloody drivers don't like coming out to Karori to do short pick up and drop offs .i have been using your service for 7 years it's gotten worse and worse.Money is Money.Get your company sorted or you will lose out to Uber or Ola who are cheaper and way more reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a return trip with Wellington Combined. 45 mins later still no taxi and no professional courtesy to call us. Called the centre and operator stated "still trying to find a taxi". I asked how long before she would have one - "did not know". I asked how long should we wait - "did not know, do you want to cancel". After a bit more discussion and her asking if we wanted to cancel - told her that we are being forced to cancel. Pretty pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The usual good service level. Clean car. Good, safe driver. Optimum route to our destination. Just a bit grumpy about the $2.30 surcharge for using debit/EFTPOS card...weird!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used them twice in one night. First was as expected, got us there on the most direct route, pleasant driver. The second cab that we got in wreeeeeeked of smoke, almost unbearable, glad to get out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standing around waiting for 15 minutes when there are plenty of taxis around is frustrating. No indication of how long the taxi would be even in the middle of Wellington.
The driver was pleasant and managed to beat the traffic by taking an alternate route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been a regular customer for some time. Called for a taxi and waited nearly half an hour before calling again and being told there were none in the area. Waited another 15 minutes and called back again, still no luck, and absolutely no indication of when I might actually get a cab. Made it clear that if I didn't get some kind of indication of when I might get a taxi, they were in danger of losing a regular customer. Was bumped up to a manager, and made this point clear again, and said that it wasn't really acceptable service. He hung up on me, so I guess decision made - they've lost my business permanently.
