★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used this place for several years... and until recently were great. But the last few times I’ve been in, they don’t save time for bookings, constantly let walk-ins come in - even when they don’t have a spare technician- which means it takes forever! Last time, my daughter and I (booked appointments) were in there over TWO HOURS! Also my friend has found the same and gone elsewhere. It’s unacceptable to take 2hours for a 50min procedure. And same if you’re a walk-in... they still don’t actually have time available to do you... they just take longer to do everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing! My nails were done very well and have lasted almost 3 weeks, I got SNS done and felt I was not rushed or anything (even though they were busy). Will definitely be back in a week for new nails! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 4 year old for a mother/daughter mani pedi here on Xmas eve. They made the effort to fit us in on the day despite me being really slack with booking. I had a gel mani/pedi with a glitter fade on my fingers, and my daughter had a basic polish on both. Kelly was so lovely and made so much effort to engage with my little girl. I normally go to Albany for my nails but given I live in Whangaparaoa, I won’t any more. She did such a good job and the salon was spotless. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get great service from Kiwi Nails, and have been coming here for a while. I am angry I dont recognize the person working there today. I had a 10h10am appointment so I drove there waited in my car until 10h30 as they hadn't opened yet then left went to grab a bite to eat (I don't live in the area) called them at 11h15 and told the girl I had a 10h10 appointment she said she was to busy to see me at the time of my call and she is sorry she ran late but I can come at about 4pm today, went home drove back for 4pm and was told oh sorry when you said ok thank you I thought you meant no and yet again couldn't help me it was now to late to go anywhere else as it is 4pm on a public holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provided us with wonderful nails which is exactly what we wanted. 1 set of gel painted acrylic nails and 1 standard manicure. They even popped me in for the impromptu mani while I wait for the other nails to be done. So super friendly and great professional advice.
