L	Lily Zheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to see Kiwis ever! We had the trip to Whangarei and found this place in Google Maps. It charged us $20 per person to visit, but it’s definitely worth it! We ran into staff named Joey who was knowledgeable and friendly. She told us many information about Kiwi and other extinct birds. This facility is operated by fund and donations, so if you like this place and want to encourage them, you can visit the website called TripAdvisor and leave the reviews which is a good way to support this wonderful place.

Preferred it to the Auckland Museum Highly recommend checking this out. Super affordable and its money well spent. Goes back into the trust. The Kiwi bird was so awesome to see in its habitat. Super active. Loved it

There is two of them, and they will come out for eat or walk around their cage. Also there is a walk path behind the museum which is very nice too. We spend an hour doing whole tour and was worth it..
