β β β β β Racism! I intended to have a browse with my friends during our New Year's travel. However, the woman glared us like looking at thieves! She was talking to others in dialect. Although I couldn't understand all of them, I was pretty sure that there were a lot of unfriendly words.

β β β β β Nice lady at the counter! Super friendly and helpful. Love how there are so many products to look at. Check-out Treasure Trove Maori themed cards that they stock!! Unique art product. Love it.

β β β β β A good place to get all your souvenir shopping done. It has a wide range of product from the less expensive to the more luxury items. I got some magnets and novelty items for my friends and a really nice jacket for my grandmother. She absolutely loves it, the other choice was a wooden artwork to show the unique culture of NZ.
The shop is clean even if it does look a bit chaotic. I even saw a staff cleaning the shelf.
