★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the best experience here ! This was my first ever tattoo and the service and outcome of the tattoo was everything I wanted !! I got my tattoo done by Ryun and he was so careful and mindful with this big piece.. even though he couldn’t speak English that well, he was still just as amazing with me. The other staff that were there too were also so kind and helpful !! Offered me a lollipop, water n also let me pick the music to play in store while I was getting my tattoo done. Loved everything about it here… from the atmosphere of the store and customer service, it was brilliant. Thank you and will definitely be coming back or recommending x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my belly piercing got super infected because the piercer put the wrong kind of jewllery in and then charged me an extra $25 for mismatched jewlery when i asked her to change it, all my other piercings have been great but this was kinda dissapointing. i also got no aftercare instructions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be wary about this place - my friends and I have had very mixed experiences. Staff are lovely, but quality should be better. My tattoos are all fine line and my first was great, but the second one I got there was a quote tattoo in simple lettering (not cursive) and it was done unevenly. It is hard to read some of the quote! I have paid less for far better quality elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit upset paid $60 I went in to get my nose redone on the same hole that was open at the top of my nose but not on the inside the lady made another hole just above my old nose piercing that was only closed for 2 weeks so now I have to heal a whole New piercing which is annoying because my old whole is giving off a shadow effect and I can’t even take out this one because it’s a flat back not a normal nose piercing. I would have liked her to pierce my nose through the top in the old hole that was still open at the top instead of inside my nose if I knew that I would have asked her but I had no idea she didn’t say anything to me just clamped it and put it through. I’m disappointed she was really rough aswell now I have to take the piercing out because it’s not straight would not recommend for piercings! Not happy with my experience at all what a waste of $60 which now I have to take out great go to get it repierced and have to now get it repierced once again ?
