★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flavors were erring on the side of bland and the selection of toppings consisted of mostly jellies, hard candies and sad looking fruit. Also the prices are ridiculous- a usual cup costs me $4 or $5 but here it was $12!!! I didn't get extra or miscalculate, they charge more since they're right by mission bay and think they can afford to hike up the prices. Now I know if I want to spend that amount on ice cream, I'll go to movenpick literally just down the road. Not worth it to ever come back here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website says it closes 9pm - got there at 8pm and a staff member said we could not sit down anywhere inside as they had packed all the seats away for the evening - ! They basically forced us to take away or sit outside in the extremely windy weather - bad customer service - actual frozen yoghurt & toppings is OK. Not sure I will head here again given the service and the whole "I don't care that we've packed away the seats and you have nowhere to sit" attitude. The one star is for the food only!

Service was amazing
Waffle was great
However my family and I were not happy with the set up of the self service counter for add-ons, and we were a bit erked out especially with all the covid etc still going around.
The "spoons" or "scoops" are too short to stay out of the containers that the orbs etc are kept in
And were left floating in the liquid
Which means other peoples hand germs/dirt was in there too
And we or the next customer with have had to put their fingers in to get the scoop.
We did not end up taking any add-ons
Even though the kids wanted some the entire way there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could be better. All the choc had melted in the trays. Tables sticky . It used to be way better. The kids love it for all the choices . Was great now average. Worth checking out ben and Jerry's next door

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff and food, i was running late with the kids and needed a quick snack before our swimming lessons! we swung by and I had no idea what to order, luckily one of your staff members Issy was there to save the day!
