★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older lady at this store needs to go on a customer service course rather than pushing rudely past customers and doing her own seemingly private business at the counter.
The wool, patterns and layout were good but can order on line in the future.
Very disappointed as treating my mum for her seventieth birthday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I went in to get a ball of wool put aside. NAKO wool. Clearly marked as $10 and a few cents. I would not have spent more than this price for a toddler jacket. The older lady, took forever at the till, then asked for over $12. When I said the sign clearly advertised $10 and some cents, and took her to show her, she said the sign was wrong!! and if I didn't want the wool at her price I could leave it, as she pulled the wool to herself. Obviously I have to have it to finish the garment!!. I asked if she was the owner, and her attitude changed and said I could have it for the price advertised. When I left she tore the sign down. The other thought that occurs to me is that I was probably overcharged for the first two balls of wool without looking. I'll avoid that shop if the older lady is serving. This was Monday morning. Her customer service was wonderful to the lady before me, who was younger and foreign. good. but I did have to stand a long time at the counter to witness it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in today looking for some wool for a new project. Really well displayed. Young lady was very helpful pointing out where the ply yarn was that I was looking for and got a nice pattern ad well.
