About Kong's NZ
In August 1996, Davy Kong decided to expand his business operation and recruited Paula Clarke, who previously worked in the Australian Pet Industry, to establish Kong's New Zealand. Paula led the NZ business for 20 years, until her retirement in 2016.
Due to a Strong commitment to excellence, of both product and customer service, Kong's NZ has grown significantly and
is now a leading wholesaler of high quality, value for money products to care for your pets; including, fish, dog and cat products, small animals, birds and reptiles. Our head office is based in Tauranga, and we distribute a number of well known pet brands and our own ‘One’ brands which are designed, developed and marketed globally.
One of the key factors that have allowed us to become leaders in our operating markets is the belief we have in forming
long lasting, profitable partnerships. Whether it is one of our many manufacturing partners in China, or a pet retailer in
