★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from this place through the Uber eats app with about 30 mins left till closing. The state of the food upon opening was shocking, definitely the worst I have ever seen (unfortunately it isn’t allowing me to post the photos here). They also didn’t fulfil my entire order as I was missing a drink that I was charged for. Moreover, I requested utensils through the Uber eats function and unsurprisingly didn’t receive any. I understand the end-of-shift rush but at the end of the day it was your decision to open till that time and as such service quality was supposed to be consistent with that. Surprised with the overall positive feedbacks on here so this may be a rare case but I will definitely not be ordering from this place again nor suggesting this to anyone I know.
Update: Two red bits of what looks like plastic was found at the bottom of the takeaway container. Again, this platform isn’t allowing me to post pictures but I have them saved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, fresh, generous, and affordable servings of authentic Turkish food (I had a falafel pita). Quick and friendly service. The hot chili sauce was so tasty as well as spicy, unlike that of most kebab places. I will definitely eat here again, and recommend it to friends, as it was recommended to me by a friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are absolutely amazing, the food is worth what you paid for if not more. Delicious food and friendly staff at Konyas, staff have a great sense of humour as well (the humus definitely hits different at Konyas). Highly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered from here for the first time via Delivereasy, and as first impressions go, this place is very very good. The portion sizes (we chose small) are very generous, and the food is very tasty. The only downside, is that the included fries were mostly cold, but that is more of a delivery thing so can be expected. Still 5 out of 5 stars. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended.
