★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing some really good reviews I decided to have my dinner here but unfortunately it wasn't all that pleasant for me.
I ordered beef hot pot, definitely a good option for a chilly night but can be a bit plain flavour wise. Wish meat quality was better since sliced beef was frozen meat and rather chewy after cooked, but the meat balls were decent!
There was one senior female staff chatting with a frequent guest(we were the only 2 guest at that time) unnecessarily loudly the whole time during my dinner, and God knows I'm a very slow eater. My partner came to pick me up but he had to leave after 3 minutes and waited in his car instead cause it was too irritating for him.
So overall food was ok but service could be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was great but the lady at the front of house spoilt it, if I wasn't so hungry I would have walked out.
I was here last week and a young wahine was behind the counter, she was helpful, clear and very patient with a big smile.
Food was great!!
Update: 08/03/22
This time around my meal wasn't up to the standard that I am used too from here. this won't stop me from returning...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a really good hot pot. It's not an all you can eat, but it will definitely fill you up! It comes with your choice of meat, veges, noodles, mushrooms and a bowl of rice. Super delicious broth and had a very fun time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disappointed, price on menu in window for chicken satay Noodle soup was $13.50 but was charged $14.50. Soup tasted of seafood which I don't like and had very little satay in it. Will not be back.
