★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome cafe, HUGE selection of cabinet food — great variety of salads / savoury items and heaps of tempting sweet things on offer. Plus there is the long menu to choose from too! Ample seating both inside and out. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. Service was fab, friendly and fast! Can’t fault a thing, good value for money too. Looking forward to coming back!

We Walked in , ordered, sat outside
Coffees arrived in 2 minutes, food arrived in 5 minutes. (Faster than our Ramen order in osaka)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely top shelf experience this morning at Kreem Mt Roskill. This bacon and egg roll was a show stopper and the coffee was so good that at the end of the meeting I decided to head back to the cabinet for seconds and shout my team.
Highly recommend coming here, car parking is a breeze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand it is busy day for mother's day but I really didn't like the attitudes from staffs that they speaks as if they have a 'right' to make their customers to wait for the food on the busy day.
Half of floor was empty but people still lined up outside. Waiting for bacon and egg breakfast menu for more than 50 mins and their answer was " we do our best now" and expect us to wait more when they give us the table for 1 hour only. No water , napkins were wet, no personal dishes for shareable dish, coffee was already cold by the time when I get it, food taste and presentation was different to original. My kids drinks were served when we almost finish the food.
But there was no sorry but told us to understand they are so busy.
If your kitchen can not handle the order you better not take the order. No customers would be happy to wait almost an hour to get egg and bacon breakfast.
I am a regular and been a big fan of your Cafe since you open but this was such a poor service I face today.
