★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for lunch today with my family, food and service was fantastic, we were the only people there - this place is a hidden gem tucked away behind the Caltex, I really hope the locals get in and support this place. Highly recommend this restaurant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend checking your takeaway order is complete before leaving the premises... got back home (15 minute drive) to discover the chicken was missing from the lemon chicken, and ordered chicken chowmein with cashews but received chicken fried noodles (no cashews or vegetables). This meal was meant to be a special mothers day treat so pretty disappointed. To be fair though they did deliver the missing (but by then cold) chicken within 30 minutes of contacting them. Won't be going back and won't be recommending the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incredible food, beautiful atmosphere. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he had such a big smile the whole evening. Very professional staff, portion sizes are bigger than your eyes can handle, so the prices agree with me. The Kiwi girl that served me was super chatty and lovely, helped me understand the menu a little better as I am vegetarian and I was still catered for with quite a portion of delicious and spicy food! Will be back, and next time ill be getting BYO to stay a little longer!

Every dish exceeds my expectations, the food is served quickly, the owner and waiters are very nice, and every meal is a very satisfying experience! ???I recommend the following dishes which I personally love: Orange flavour pork chop, Japanese Style Beef Diced, Stewed Pork Intestines with Chicken and Combination BBQ Dish. After traveling, I always go to the restaurant to order pickup and take it home to eat. ?The portions are very generous and I always go here for birthday parties with my friends.
If you live near orewa or silverdale, I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Trust me, this place is so good! ???I've recommended it to countless friends and they say the food is great, it's rare to find such a good Chinese restaurant near orewa. Thanks to the owners for bringing us such delicious dishes.

Food is Yummy with generous portion for sharing. Good space between tables. We also regularly takeaway from the restaurant during the lockdown period, Friendly staff, clean and tidy restaurant Highly recommended if you are in the area. must order - Peking Duck 2 course , this dish is Yummy as.
