β β β β β Tara is super knowledgeable and has helped me after an injury to which I ended up getting whiplash from. I am able to sleep again and has helped get rid of the constant headaches I was having. She has given me home excercises to help me maintain her results between sessions. I hope I dont injury myself again but, if I do, I know exaclty who to come to for my rehab. Thanks Tara

β β β β β Having struggled for six months with extreme shoulder and arm/wrist pain and numbness in my hand I went in search of a good physio and found Tara. She has been a godsend to me. From the first session things started to improve. She is so thorough, committed and knows her job so well and I can never thank her enough for getting me through one of the worst health periods of my life with a family crisis too to add to the mix and severely handicapped son -it was very hard to take time out for βmeβ thankfully I listened and found a great Physio-whom is empathetic, loyal, generous and EVEN got her friend to help unload a truck full of stock for our company ( not able to use arm) which was truly awesome and sooooo appreciated -I think Tara is awesome!
I recommend her to everyone. She is brilliant. Thank you From the bottom of my heart !

β β β β β Absolutely superb. I suffer with a lower back injury for which I have had cortisone injections, months of acupuncture and seen several physiotherapists. Tara was able to not only relieve the pain but give me significantly more mobility than Iβve had in years. Professional, extremely knowledgeable and also provided me with strengthening exercises to do at home. Highly recommend, thanks Tara.

β β β β β I would definitely recommend Tara to friends and everybody who straggle to find .a really helpful physiotherapist . It took me more then year to find her because I have already to gave up to solve my problems with spine and mussels She fixed both problems really professionally .Her excellent service is a blessing for people like me and such a luck for our area.. Also should mention the friendly reception which makes you feel welcome All the best Tara and stuff for your future We really need you.. Once again many many thanks. Definitely 10 out of 10!
