★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service that the Kuvings NZ (Pudney & Lee) provides is really unsatisfactory. I sent a SV500 for repair and it took 2 months for them to figure out the issue & repair it. The sad part is that they don't provide any updates. I had to constantly follow up to know the progress.
Kuvings products are really worth the money. However the after sale support from Kuvings NZ (Pudney & Lee) is quite disappointing. So think twice before you go with Kuvings NZ.
