We try our best to keep updated with the most popular songs and aim to update our song list every fortnight. Song requests are also welcome.

We got double charged and then the microphones were not working. We asked to get the problem fixed but the way they solved the problem was to say "what are we supposed to do about it?" Then proceed to ask us to leave and not fix the problem. The bar staff were kind however the other other staff shoved us off and asked us to leave and our entire hour was just Technicsal issues and rudeness.

β β β β β Phoned numerous times to book a room. No answer. Arrived 20 min before closing time to do 2 songs which would have ended off our night perfectly. However they declined us being able to enter. What a shame. Massively disappointed.

β β β β β Had an amazing experience. Booked a small room as it was just the two of us but it was spacious enough. Next time would order more shots instead of cocktails as they didnt taste very good.
Although didnt have a very nice experience with the booking. I had made reservations a couple of weeks ago and also had email confirmation. There was some confusion at the counter on arrival, they wanted us to wait for people they had on their hand written chart to showup, that is we were asked to wait and if the people on the hand written chart arrived they would have got the room. It should be noted I had the email confirmation and had arrived 10 mins early. In the end we did get the room but it was very embarrassing as this was a surprise booking for my husband's birthday. Apart from that had an awesome evening ?.
Also would have liked some hindi/bollywood songs, but its fine as they had great english song collection.

β β β β β We went to Kzone tonight and we were 10 minutes late for our booking and he charged us for it which was fine but he was very rude to us, even before he had our booking. It ruined the night and we wonβt be back.

β β β β β KZone doesn't sanitise their rooms. I caught COVID in KZone along with four other friends. No excuses for not sanitizing given we are in the middle of a pandemic.
