★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I have to say I'm not happy with the lack of communication with Robertson Memorial. Our Mum chose for you to do her headstone 27 years ago . And in recent winds her in Oxford her headstone was damaged. Lucky family were able to lay it down on the grass so it didn't get further damage. But it layed there for 3 weeks before Robertson Memorial came and picked it up for repair. What made me really disappointed was I asked four times to be told when it has been taken away for repair. I had to ask again.
This was a very stressful time for me personally because it was 15,09,2021 was my Mums memorial.
