I wanted to create a luxurious room to work from home and went for an elaborate chaise lounge and French provincial writing desk. La Maison boutique were just brilliant at keeping in touch every step of the way. Even if there was no news yet, I had a prompt response with honest information. I am on the South Island and despite delays because of Covid19 I am thrilled with the delivery time and customer service as well as the quality of furniture. Thank you La Maison Boutique just fantastic.

Joey from La Maison Boutique was excellent to deal with, including resolution of an issue with my delivery. I absolutely love the furniture I bought, it looks even better in real life than in the pictures which is a nice surprise given I purchased via the internet without viewing in person. I look forward to buying more from La Maison in the future, highly recommended

Thank you Joey for your exceptional Customer Service!! We are so impressed with the quality of the products and the way Joey took us through the process as we had wanted Gold instead of Silver on one of the pieces and nothing was a problem ,down to sending us samples /photos of what it would look like and kept us informed along the way. We cannot speak highly enough of β€œLa Maison” and will definitely purchase in the future.

I don't normally do reviews, just want to advise the experience we are having. We purchased some furniture about 9 months ago. The first lot arrived mismatched colour and paint flecked off. This got replaced by more that had similar issues. Joey then sent 3rd lot which were perfect, apart from sticky tape over the goods, that when we started to remove the paint comes off. We also have order other product, which hasn't arrived. We have tried calling multiple times, which one time she answered and said we must send email. We have now sent multiple emails with no response. Just before this review, we felt it was fair to send her another email to say we will take her to court due to no response from her. As this point in time, we don't believe La Masion is a good company to deal with. We will remove the review if we find out there is some other reason for no response. (E.g Sickness?? Death??? etc)

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I ordered chairs in March 21 and paid the full price in advance for for them. I was patient about delays in the furniture arriving due to COVID. I was initially told arrival in June, then date extended out to Sept/Oct 21. I agreed to keep the order in place but asked for 50% of the deposit back. This was agreed to but never actioned. Multiple communications since then with delivery date extended out to November 2021 in their last communication in early October to me. Since then, not responding to emails. Website down. Multiple reviews on their facebook of customers not receiving orders and communication being ignored.

My experience was an awful ridiculous dragged on process, I ordered in September, still have not received my full order and its December. Half of my order came and items were broken, one of my items was sent to someone else and I got their item. Although they replaced the broken item and picked up the other customers item and told me my one is on the way immediately. The communication was in and out, and my frustration was building, I still have not received my item, Ive asked for a refund to be rid of this. I would not recommend to shop with this company. Experience was absolutely horrible, product didn't exceed my expectations when I got them it wasn't worth the money and customer service was terrible in replying to my emails and messages. If I could give no stars I would.

Had a similar experience with delays due to their suppliers, but once owner was back from holiday gave full refund. Other items I picked up from the store straight away in 2021. Quality items / value. It has been a tough year for many business and I hope their supplier is able to do better by them as the global scenario improves.
