★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at La Petite Maison when it had recently opened. The experience was excellent. The property is incredibly well appointed with everything you will need and more including the hosts bringing fresh bread, home made muesli and local jams. Everything I was looking for seemed to be there.
The property is quiet and private as off the street but close enough to neighbours to feel safe. It is very comfortable with top quality linens, bath towels and robes.
The property is situated within a quick and flat walk to the Havelock North village and a quick drive to the sights Hawkes Bay has to offer.
I could not have been happier with my stay at this exceptional property. It was fantastically comfortable and a real experience from beginning to end. I will definitely return to La Petite Maison, it is up there with some of the best villas I have enjoyed around the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most exquisite place to stay in Havelock North, Hawkes Bay area. Beautifully furnished to a very high quality standard, top quality, everything about it perfect. Loved the outside bath, very fully equipped kitchen and facilities. A stunning and very special place, lovely owner, with delicious welcome pack of local artisan bread, and breakfast foods. We so look forward to returning as soon as we can, thank you for a wonderful weeks stay. Convenient and lovely peaceful location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this property. Kitchen well appointed. Excellent linens, quiet and easy walk into the delighful Havelock North village. Sitting outside enjoying the supplied breakfast made a perfect start to the day. An outdoor private bath under the stars was very romantic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give no stars if I could - Am disappointed and cross that La Petite Maison listed their pretty accommodation as available for two nights that I booked and paid for and then sent me a note to say that the first night wasn't convenient for them. Booking.com will take 7-12 days to refund the payment and I think its very bad manners to treat a customer this way.
