★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful place to stay. Off the beaten track but very worth it to visit & enjoy the gracious hospitality and service! We loved our experience staying here. Clean rooms, wifi a bit in & out but the team of incredible staff, great food and incredible views of Mount Cook & the surrounding hills made up for that! Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the end of another day on the bike this was a great place to stop. Overlooking Lake Ohau it has lovely views and outdoor things to do and indoors friendly welcoming staff with a bar, pool table etc to pass the time. Clean tidy rooms and laundry facilities if needed. Meals excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The photos of the rooms didn't match the room we were given. Very run down. Had the tiniest lake view from our room which was ruined as people then set up their tents right outside our room. The jug to make hot drinks were in the bathroom, which is very unhygienic. Was not worth the money we paid for the night. The staff were lovely at check in though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t stay but drove in for a look. Never been before and wanted to check it out. Worth the 15-20 minute drive in from the main highway. Beautiful location!! Staff were very friendly and just wanted to help us enjoy our short time there. A very nice comfy, old style bar and restaurant with lovely outdoor area.
Would be nice to stay next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable. Rooms average but food very tasty. Èxcellent service. Staff super friendly and ready to help. No air con so if you are upstairs in summer, it's really hot. Views from rooms are fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to stay. Friendly, helpful, and effective staff, clean and well-kept rooms, well-stocked bar, and tasty and generous meals. Little bit pricey, but worth it if one wants to splash out.
