★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big ‘Thanks’ to the maintenance team who came out to fix our front door on Friday (19th March). I logged an issue on the Lancer website on Friday morning, received a callback within an hour or so, & had a technician on site that morning. The door was fixed straight away & the young gentleman who carried out the repair was very polite, helpful & did an excellent job. Top marks for all involved.
