★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic really needs to work on their customer service. They are often 30mins late for your appointment with no prior notice, and they change consultants for your appointment without prior notice too. I understand businesses can be under pressure but communication is key. The last straw for me was when they swapped my consultant with someone else (they gave my spot to someone else), and asked me to wait for another consultant to do my service. I raised my concern that I was not comfortable with someone new and want to keep my original appointment. The response I got was "don't you read our terms and conditions?". A simple call to give me a heads up could have easily resolved this as I would have been happy to reschedule (even though I book my appointments a month in advance).

The competition do fake google reviews trying to put them down because they are good. Lcnz Ponsonby is the best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is fab! My first time getting laser hair removal and Microdermabrasion! I was slightly nervous before hand but all the stuff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable which put me very much at ease. The results for both have been amazing I would highly recommend! I have had so many compliments on my face since! Looking forward to getting back after lockdown

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYERS BEWARE!! I received a gift card for $150 from my friend for my birthday. Which is valid form
3 years of purchase as per leaflet it came with.
I called to make an appointment I was told that my gift card was in the system after I got over $300 of treatments. I was told that there was no gift card on the system.
When I the dug through my bag and presented the Physical card I was told this card was never sold yet I had it in my hand. What a joke.
The manager Behnoosh is more of a big b to say the least could care less. No apology, no cause of concern just argued with me the whole time not once did she apologies or show empathy. Its really astonishing thats she can even work in the industry with that attitude. The whole time she just wanted to argue with me and prove that she was right and I was wrong.
They have no customer service whatsoever the only person who showed some form of empathy and apologized was Aysha the nurse.
At the end my friend is out $150.00 and were told to right an email which will go to their store? Make it makes sense.
DISGUSTING DO NOT GO HERE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for a while and got good results. My first appointment was lovely, but my most recent one I was so uncomfortable I’ve decided to try another location. Beware that you might get shamed., feel so uncomfortable that you cut your appointment short just to escape, worried you’ll get shamed more for not shaving properly and then still have to pay for the whole thing. I was told not to book online so they could book the right room - I haven’t had that problem before and surely my account history could’ve been looked at like previous appointments? Why even have an online booking system? I’m used to blunt people, but I felt like a massive inconvenience and just wanted to yeet.
Edit: For those reading, you'll see the response from the owner says I didn't shave. I absolutely did and I have for previous appointments, I warned the technician that I did the best I could. RIP to anyone else who misses patches on their legs. Also, I could not have held up other people and caused people to be behind because I didn't complete my full appointment time. Apparently the Newmarket branch is best - just go there and if at Ponsonby, ask for Becky.
