Right from the get-go it was a great experience. The phone receptionist was polite, efficient and seemed very switched on. And great communication by everyone from the receptionist to the plumber who attended. I even received a text message half an hour before they arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service - I called this morning about a leaking shower, was told I be called back at 8am. Nothing. I called at 8:30am was told I’d be called back after the next call. It’s 12:50pm and nothing. Have used laser plumbing once before and they didn’t fix the problem the first or second time.. in fact problem is still a problem.
Wouldn’t recommend.
