Steve's Plumbing and Gas Ltd rain water collection and storage system installed.
Called Steve's Plumbing and Gas to discuss rainwater collection system for the house. Steve visited the site to discuss options. Placed an order with Steve's Plumbing and Gas Ltd for 2 each 1,000 litre slim line tanks and 1 each 4,000 litre tank.
Steve's Plumbing and Gas Ltd delivered and installed the system including modifying the gutter system so we collect maximum water. During installation we discussed options for filling the 4,000 litre tank faster. We decided to install a submersible pump in one of the 1,000 litre slim line tanks as this tank collects water in the largest roof area and fills very quickly. Laid the hose underground to feed the 4,000 litre tank.
Very happy with the job and it was easy to work with Steve's Plumbing and Gas Ltd in making changes as the job progressed. Tanks are now full and ready for the summer weather.

Within 2 hours they were onto it and replacing a fixture. The priority given was so appreciated with access being readily available.

No phone call or anything, Received a lame excuse via email the following day about staff leaving etc then they just expected me to wait another week for someone to come out. Overall they seem to have a piss poor attitude and don't care.

He arrives on time and is very efficient with his time management. Equally Jane who mans the phones is incredibly helpful and friendly. They also offered a very affordable service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
