★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had such a great first experience at Lash Loft. I’m so happy with my lash lift. The best job I’ve ever had done. They tailored my treatment to the shape of my eyes and lashes and I got an excellent result. Such lovely friendly staff too. Well worth travelling from the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a BIG FAN of Yumi Lash! Nothing false , your own real lashes. I love it!! It’s been 3 plus years since my first experience , still enjoying it. The lashes enhances your facial features without eye make up ! Makes your eyes bigger, you have to experience it yourself that everyone keeps looking at your beautiful lash lift!

Booking was great, service was even better and my lash lift results are exceptional, just what I’ve been looking for.Definitely worth the price if you want amazing results.

I had travelled from West Auckland after seeing the great reviews and hearing through word of mouth the lash lifts were great.
Since it was my first appointment, I received a text asking to arrive 10-15 minutes early. I arrived 10 minutes early and there were two women getting treatments but no technician to be seen. I knocked on the door and texted saying I was here, but was left out in the cold for 10 minutes before the tech came and let me in.
It was fine until I laid down on the chair, the tech shoved her phone in my face to take a photo without asking - I would have said no if I had been asked so wasn’t comfortable with that. Then about half way through the session, after putting some treatment on my lashes, she threw a damp cloth over my face (again without asking or giving me any warning), and from then I felt super claustrophobic and anxious because I could barely breathe with the cloth and a mask on. I dealt with it and moved on.
But then when I got home, I noticed my lashes weren’t even! The lashes on one side were lifted really nicely and the other side were wonky as hell. My appointment was about 3 weeks ago and the nice side is still beautifully lifted but the other side is already starting to drop.
I appreciate most people have a nice experience here, but unfortunately I won’t be returning as I was uncomfortable throughout the session and am not happy with the results.

I have very straight long natural eyelashes but at Lash Loft they were able to give me the curl that I desired. I love my lashes and got many compliments already on the first day! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Catherine is the absolute best in the business. I've been coming here for 2 years now after trying multiple different kinds of lash lifts previously & having no luck. I have quite short, blonde lashes but with a full curl YUMI lift they look good to the point where I don't even need mascara anymore! And per Catherine's aftercare & serum recommendations my lashes have gotten thicker and longer. They feel so much healthier and nourished. Thank you so much xo
