★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is good because I always wash my clothes here.Cleaning is good but from few days it's machines specially dryers are not working properly...They should manage them properly ...I tried customer service to get them know but could not reach so reviewing here ...Overall good but they should manage imachines on time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't provide a good service, insert $20.00 dollars into the machine and doesn't work, call the helpline, they can only refund the money into your bank account, for all the work of withdrawal and charges....
Waiting for the refund ,take ages

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't put on 46 drier, it's taking more than usual minutes. Also be mindful while you're parking at the front, the liquor shop nearby park their vehicles for unloading their stuff and I was waiting for them to remove their vehicles to reverse my car. It was raining today and they were also not very friendly when I asked them to move their Ute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have paid $4 for a small dryer #33. It only gave 20 mins for drying. When called customer service they put us on hold as the person wasn't sure about rates and he had to consult his manager. Called again to reset the time as per rates but he insisted that rates have changed and only gave 12 mins additional. Very upset about this. There were other customers in the laundry who said had similar experience. Please put someone behind the phone who knows his job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t know if I can give less than one star. Pathetic machines the dispensers for using softener was already full with water. Coin machine was not working and realising that after loading machines was painful. Customer service on the phone was not able to resolve the issue either and I was told to take my clothes to another laundromat. Wasted my laundry powder, Never ever use this again.
