★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely 5 star service and Lauri really knows what she is talking about. It's tough but if you want results then tough needs to get going. The exercise balance has been a struggle for me. But this is mostly due to the time of the year. I have learned a lot and want to keep putting everything into practice so that I reach the ideal healthy weight and stay there. This is a very hands on tailored to the individual program. Always Available to chat with concerns or to bounce ideas off even on weekends. She Loves a good giggle is easy going and easy to get along with.
Definitely recommend Laurie if you passionate about your health and nutrition she has some good knowledge and ideas to get you on the right track.

Have learned many handy tools to take foward and develop my sports performance and improve lifestyle in general.
