The old lady was rude to us and she was yelling and telling us off that we were not allowed to take pics outside the lavender farm when we were about to go inside, we left immediately after that we decided not to go inside.

The lavender farm was and is an enjoyable place with lovely scenery and friendly staff. Very welcoming and the kind lady was very friendly and informative, the products are lovely and smelt really amazing too. The explanation and demonstration of how they extract the water and oil from the flower is informative and really wondrous to see in action. Also the dog was very welcoming and a lovely addition to the staff. 100/10 would pet and 1000/10 would come again here whenever we can :)

Lovely little craft store. And of course, a lot of lavender stuff, ie soap, lavender oil and hand towels with lavender stitching.

Save your time and money, don't go there! I fiercely don't recommend! Would have put minus 5 stars if I could. We left before even trying to visit the farm or the shop or whatever, because of the awfully rude and impolite lady that was working there (don't know if she's owner or staff and I frankly don't care). After she insulted us, we turned around and left right away, didn't spend a single dollar there and never will.

If I could leave zero stars I would im not typically one to leave bad reviews but my experience was so bad I couldn't not says something , my bf and i visited this place on a beautiful Saturday afternoon as this place said it's open on google. However on arrival the gates were closed. we called up to confirm and the lady who answered was awfully rude she told us this was a private residence and they were not open for viewing even though Google said it was open! She was raising her voice that they weren't open due to covid - Don't waste your time !!!!!

My boyfriend and I decided to visit the farm this morning but when we arrived on the property, we were received by a lady that rudely/angrily asked us if we did know how to read (because it seemed we had temporarily parked in the wrong place)… As we were the only customers on site and there was no signage about where to park except for a sign saying “No parking beyond this point” posted on the front gate, we actually stopped our car in front of the gate and got out to ask if it was indeed open and eventually ask where we should park our car but we never got the chance to ask. Sorry but for us, civilized people, parking on the lawn is not necessarily the first thing we think about, when arriving at a place we have never been before. We were so shocked by how rude and impolite that woman was that we turned around and left right away. We moved here from Canada and I used to buy lavender products from a lavender farm back there and I was looking forward to buy some local products from this farm, but after that terrible experience I will NEVER come back, NEVER buy products from them and we will NEVER recommend this place!!!

I think the lady who was working there today is a bit over it. We didn't feel welcome but she did warm up when we bought some products. The lavender garden seems a bit rundown and neglected. Just responding to the owners reply: It is not too hard to be welcoming. We were polite and friendly and respectful from when we arrived. But we were initially treated like we were intruding and an annoyance. Maybe the owner could try a little of that kindness that she mentions.....
