★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service in the store was excellent and we felt welcome, We bought a Bosch dishwasher and a waste disposal unit at a really great price. To top it all, it was free delivery to Waikanae. The delivery guy was excellent and he did the company proud. All in all a company we will definitely use and recommend.

What made our purchase of a new freezer even better, was not only the free delivery, but the delivery man called Anthony.
We heard the truck reversing slowly down our drive, a lot of cheerful whistling as the door bell rang.
This guy was a legend & he brightened our day. Nothing was a problem. Set up our freezer & put in the correct settings, took all the cardboard & wrapping away to dispose off.
He chatted away about how busy it was & all the deliveries he still had, but said he enjoyed doing it. He reckons everyone seems much happier lately, people are spending more money. Things have changed. I agreed & said if people spend, it keeps people employed. A great yarn as he packed away the rubbish. Off he went, still whistling!
He made me smile for the rest of the week.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During lock down my Mother's fridge broke down, she rang L&W at 1pm and on the same day had a new fridge delivered by 2.45pm. Other retailers could only advise of deliveries between 7-14 days. Awesome fast service, keep it local.
