Last year I took my phone - purchased originally from these toolboxes - to be repaired in the middle of a serious personal matter, and staff person wanted to push a new phone onto me! Angrily told my situation to another staff member who arrived on the scene. Only then did other staff member change her tune and fixed problem. This was a year ago but people need to be warned over this sort of thing.
